What Is a Shared Stock Alert?
When someone shares a Compounder stock alert — for example, via social media, a message, or an email — you can click the link to see exactly why that stock was flagged and how it has performed since. You do not need an account to view the basic details, though some features require you to log in.
Opening the Shared Link
- Click the shared Compounder call link wherever you found it — a social media post, a message, or a notification.
- You will land on a dedicated call details page for that alert. No searching or navigation is needed; the link takes you straight there.
Reading the Alert Details
At the top of the page you will see the alert title and a description explaining why the stock was flagged. Compounder uses a "fat-pitch" approach — identifying high-quality stocks that are entering cheap valuations. You can click a link on the page to read the full methodology if you'd like to understand the process in more depth.
Below the title, you will find the key metrics captured at the exact moment the alert fired:
- Compounder score — the stock's overall quality rating at the time
- Tier — the alert's classification level
- Earnings yield — a valuation measure recorded at the time of the call
- Price — the stock's price when the alert was triggered
Checking Performance Since the Alert
A performance box shows you how the stock price has moved since the alert fired. You will see:
- The original price at the time of the call alongside the current price
- A percentage change indicating the movement — color-coded green if the price is up, red if it is down, or neutral if there has been little change
Exploring Further
From the call details page you have a few options to continue:
- See the full stock breakdown — a button labeled for the specific stock takes you to a detailed analysis page. This requires you to be logged in to your Compounder account.
- Get your own alerts — if you don't have an account yet, you can sign up directly from this page to start receiving alerts yourself.
- Read the methodology — learn more about how Compounder identifies and flags stocks.
